Digital Vaid is a digital marketing agency based in the Tricity region of India. This notice describes the intended website data practices. Information you choose to share
Contact and audit forms request your name, work email, company, website, optional phone number and project message. Newsletter forms request an email address and an explicit subscription choice. We also record the request type, consent wording and submission time. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to assess your request and communicate about the requested service. Newsletter consent is separate from an enquiry and is used for marketing insights only when you subscribe. We do not treat a request for an audit as permission to add you to a marketing list. Security information is used to help prevent automated abuse.
Service providers and delivery
When configured, forms transmit your request securely to the selected email or CRM workflow. The website does not store a local database of submissions. Hosting and security providers may process operational logs. Cloudflare Turnstile may receive browser and network signals for abuse prevention. A Google Maps embed is loaded only when you choose to open it. Provider identities and processing arrangements must be recorded before these services are activated.
The form service also keeps short-term security records: session verification tokens, recent successful request identifiers and rate-limit counters linked to a secret-protected hash of the remote IP address. These records are used to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. Hosting maintenance must be configured to clear expired security records.
Analytics and marketing choices
Optional analytics and marketing scripts remain disabled until you choose the relevant cookie categories. You may reopen Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawing optional consent stops future loading after the page refreshes; it cannot undo processing already completed by a provider. The Cookies page explains the available controls.
Retention and access
Enquiry records should be retained only for the time needed to answer the request and meet documented business or legal requirements. Retention and deletion must be configured in the receiving CRM and email systems before launch. Access should be limited to people who need the information to deliver the service. We do not publish form submissions or sell enquiry lists.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. Some records may need to be retained where an applicable obligation requires it. The final response process must reflect the laws that apply to the business and the person making the request.
International processing and updates
Hosting, messaging or analytics providers may process information outside your country. Appropriate provider arrangements must be reviewed before activation.
