Essential preferences
The website stores a cookie choice record in your browser’s local storage under dv-consent. It includes category choices and the time of your decision. The choice is reviewed after 180 days. A theme preference may also be stored locally. These preferences are specific to this browser and are not an account profile.
Secure forms use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie named dv_session. It supports request verification and duplicate-submission protection and expires with the browser session. The hosting provider controls server-side session cleanup. This cookie is not used for advertising.
Analytics
If you allow analytics and a valid configuration is supplied, GA4 can measure website usage. Direct GA4 loading occurs only when an alternative GTM deployment is not configured. Actual cookie names and durations depend on the deployed configuration and must be documented before activation. No tracking identifier is configured in this initial build.
Marketing
If you allow marketing and an identifier is configured, the Meta Pixel can support advertising measurement. The GTM integration is conservatively gated until both analytics and marketing are accepted; every tag in a production container must still have its own consent controls. Marketing tools do not load merely because you submitted a form.
Security and embedded content
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile supports spam protection and can process network and browser information. The regional Google Map loads only after you choose to load it. Google then receives the information required to serve that map. The map shows the service region and should not be interpreted as a verified office address.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings control near the bottom of the site to accept, reject or choose categories. When optional consent is withdrawn, supported first-party analytics cookies are cleared and the page refreshes to stop previously loaded scripts. You may also remove site storage in your browser. Third-party data already collected remains subject to the relevant provider’s policy.
Before public launch
Confirm which tools are actually enabled, inventory their cookies and providers, and update this notice to reflect the final configuration. Last revised: 30 September 2026. This notice is a draft until those checks and business contact details are complete.
